Payment process
14 day programs are paid in full at time of sign up. 60 day programs can be divided into one, two, or three equal payments.1 payment options: paid in full at time of sign up.
2 payment option: 1st payment taken at time of sign up 2nd 30 days after sign up.
3 payment option: 1st payment taken at time of sign up. 2nd 20 days after sign up 3rd 40 days after sign up. Purchases are non-refundable
Auto renewal process
All packages will auto renew unless unselected by client in the personal preferences page found in your customer calendar. Programs will auto renew on the 5th last delivery date to ensure no interruption in service
Changing programs
Changes to programs must be made prior to auto renewal taking place, otherwise current program will auto renew.
Non-Sufficient Funds Charge (NSF):
A $25.00 fee will be automatically added to your account for all NSF payments. Your account must be reconciled within 48 hours of notification in order to maintain service.
Cooler Bag Exchange Policy:
Empty cooler bags and ice packs must be placed in the specified pick/drop off area at the end of each use. Failure to return cooler bag within a 10 day period will result in a $25.00 replacement fee. This fee will automatically be added to your account before the next scheduled payment is due.
Changes to Your Schedule:
At least 72 hours notice from your next scheduled delivery is required to accommodate any modifications to your delivery schedule
