- Do I get to choose the food?
Yes. You simply log on personal customer account at LitenUp and go to the calendar to start making your selections from a long list of over 300 fabulous meals.
- How do I get started?
Go to the home page and click on the "STOP DIETING…START EATING" button and follow the registration process.
- Is the food delivered fresh daily?
Absolutely! We provide the freshest healthiest food possible. Our chefs purchase fresh fruits and vegetables daily from the Ontario Food terminal directly and only use HACCP certified proteins. Your cooler bag will be at the designated drop-off and pick-up spot before 6am for residential deliveries. Corporate deliveries are made from 7-9 am depending on time of access to your office
- Does LitenUp follow any specific diet guidelines?
At LitenUp we only use the best quality and freshness ingredients to deliver to our clients a well balanced portion controlled meal plan that will leave you feeling healthier and more energetic than ever. It's all about a healthy balance and no use of processed foods. This is not a FAD diet but rather it's a healthy lifestyle choice.
- Do I return my used food containers to LitenUp?
No, we can not accept your used containers back due to health regulations. We have made a conscious choice to minimize our impact on the planet by choosing to use level 4 recyclable containers that are both reusable by you and 100% recyclable.
- How do I pay for my program?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your payment can be made securely online through our automated signup process
- How do I alter my delivery schedule?
You can choose your days on and off by simply logging into your personal account to make changes on your personal calendar with as little as 72 hours notice.
- How can I keep track of my current program status?
On your personal calendar page there is a summary window that will give you the Current package you selected, number of days used, number of days remaining, as well as access to your account history.
- Where can I pick up my new bag and drop off my old one?
A specified pick-up and drop-off spot will be determined when you sign up. This spot will remain the same for the duration of your service unless you specify otherwise.
- Do you have a menu?
Yes, but our menu is extensive and not available for distribution. Currently we rotate through 300 menu items that change on a daily basis and we are continually adding new items to our growing list of delicious options.
- Can I place takeout orders over the phone?
Yes. By telephoning (416) 572-0072 you can speak to a sales representative who will gladly place your takeout order. We can also have your order ready for pick up at a specified time.
